About us
Hi! I’m Amanda, a Senior Speech Pathologist and the owner of Sweet Speech Pathology. I am lucky enough to have been a Speech Pathologist since 2004. I love my job and find it so rewarding to help someone develop their communication skills.
I completed a Bachelor of Science (Human Communication Science) and I am a Certified Practising Speech Pathologist (CPSP) through Speech Pathology Australia. This means I’m always learning new evidence based ways to treat communication issues.
As a Speech Pathologist, I have extensive experience working with people with a disability, having worked in the Disability service sector for most of my career. I have also worked with all ages and needs in Private Practices and I have a broad range of experience in Speech Pathology. I have completed additional training such as Prompt, Sounds-Write and DIR/Floortime.
I’m also a Mum of 3 kids and on the weekends you’ll find my family at our beloved Scarborough beach. I look forward to meeting you and helping you or your family member optimise their communication potential.
